ENGIE can now realize 14 different inquiries for sales purposes from around 28 million SAP data records of the last ten years. Data connections for other areas have been gradually implemented: In the financial sector, Xtract Universal ensures a fast and clean data flow in the areas of invoice monitoring, SLA and SLD monitoring. Approximately 50 branches can receive commercial reports containing SAP data extracted by Xtract Universal according to their specific and individual requirements. SAP data also flows into the SQL server-based construction company reminder tool. The subsidiary ENGIE Refrigeration uses the solution from Theobald for project controlling and monitoring, even all the way down to the employee level. Furthermore, the Treasury division will also use the interface in the future. Xtract Universal is also a fixed component within the framework of the system change to SAP planned for early 2021. The required data from the three different SAP systems that have been used so far will be integrated into SAP HANA via a Theobald interface. The SAP-HANA implementation is accomplished using the Greenfield Approach. If employees need data from the old SAP systems, they can nonetheless access it via the Theobald interface.
