Account Manager (Americas) – Full time
Location: Seattle, WA

For our continued growth in the Americas region, we are looking for an Account Manager to further develop and strengthen our Enterprise customer base and relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Work with GM to identify and grow account sales opportunities
- Process incoming leads, prepare quotes and invoices
- Manage client licenses and drive maintenance renewals
- Clearly communicate the progress of account status, initiatives and metrics
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns (trade shows, webinars, newsletter, social, etc.)
- Assist with client requests or issue escalation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in account management, preferably in the technology / SAP sector
- Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
- Ability to represent the company well at industry trade shows as necessary
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate solutions or services
- Comfortable with multi-tasking under pressure in a fast-paced environment
